Called me on 12/21/2019, woman talking very low, really could not hear what she was saying except when she asked me to give her my DOB, and SS number. I refused stated U didn't know who the hell she was and I would not answer her questions. Got mad said yes I did have to, I laughed and hung up blocked number.
