Called wanted to speak to whomever handled the AT&T account, said it was regarding a rate change for next month. I told them I didn't think so. Just another scammer
I can't believe this fake number is still in use. All digits in reverse order. And the laughable CID, "Name Unavailable." The silly number was exposed as a fraud two or three years ago. Best advice is to ignore fishy numbers and spoofed Caller ID's. Let 'em ring. Voice mail will answer and you'll soon know if it's a legit call.
It's 2017 and I'm getting the same 9876543210 caller id. 3 times a day. it appears that if you don't answer on the first ring they hang up and move on. That is why they can make so many call in 1 day. I just added it to my call blocker list.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
