I am surprised that this crook has been using the same number for so long. They called me on 9-6-17 at 11:43 am and were stopped by my blocking service. Caller ID says "SURVEY", which is deceptive since so many above report it is a carpet cleaning criminal.
The caller's heart clearly isn't in it anymore. Just got a call from this number this morning. Caller ID read "Illegal Scam". Guess there is such a thing as 'truth in advertising'.
It would be great to trace these calls to the actual peeps making them. One guy I knew got arrested in 1982 for making bomb threats. Phone companies that insist they can not trace these calls are full of [***]. If they could trace phone calls back in 1982, they can trace them now.
I have received several calls from that number with my caller ID giving "illegal scam" I do not answer such calls and they get my outgoing message directing them to see the Chief Indri at the Daubentonia Bank in Mandrosonoro Madagascar. Note I have been there.

Caller said they were from FNBO and wanted to verify information about a credit increase/application. I hung up because I have not applied for any credit or credit line increases.
