Heavy Mexican or Indian accent. Asked for me by only part of my name. I hung up, and looked up number. Found it's a number from Mexico.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
