These people telephone me on my mobile don't leave a message and just hang up.If you don't know who it is you should not answer it I've had two today
They said my SS number was compromised and being locked down push 1 for more information!!!
I turned the ringer off on the line that this came in because I work from home and I cannot have this line ringing for twenty to twenty five times.
Social Security Fraud
No voice mail. Don't recognize number.
Scam. Trying to get in my computer to refund money.
It is recorded and hangs up when you try and tell them to stop calling.
Internet search seems to suggest this is a scam, not connected with CapitalOne.

I have received a call from various numbers with last four digits 64__!!! A recorded message saying the government is suing me because of suspicious activity on my “soc”!! Please don’t take these calls or return them. Scam!!!

Agree with MaggieMae, was a robotic voicemail for me. Don't every fall for this stuff people. If they want to take legal action they will notify you by mail and would not leave a robotic voicemail.
Recorded female voice stating they were officer (man name) about my social security number being fraudulently used and will be starting legal actions if I don't call an 888 area code number ASAP - I hung up and didn't listen to the rest.

Caller uses Seeking Arrangement and other various adult hookup (Pay to Play) phone apps. to contact and pay young women for bedroom activities in exchange for cash.
Continues to call me, recording states they want to help with affordable healthcare.

Potential fraud never said who exactly they were but threatened jail or suspension of ssn.
voice said the electric company has a credit for my account. I pressed one to get the credit and a foreign sounding man asked how are you today.

Business Consumer reports they get calls from Dept of Commerce of Washington.
An individual with strong Pakistani accent left message saying they would have me arrested if I did not call back right away. I deleted voice mail.

I have told them various times that I AM NOT INTERESTED in their product and that I DO NOT want to be solicited.
They represent themselves as some type of affiliate with Chevrolet, but they are obviously not.
