Called me and I didn’t answer it. I called it back and there was a recording saying it was not a line in use. I’d say it’s spammers using various numbers to irritate people for scams.

I didn't answer call I have call control its takes care of unwanted calls I have received 5 calls this week from that number.I looked it up and it says warranty scam.I am on the do not call list and I'm still getting phone calls from that number.
