This person is fraud. I did service call to repair truck and this person ask me to deposit $420 US Expresscode before doing a service call. I did deposit and this person send someone who did repair and charge me full for the repair.

It was someone giving "auto insurance quotes
The Caller ID shows "Name Unavailable".
We are on the no call list!
No choice to ask to not call.
The recorded message said that my debit card was suspended and that I should call a security number.
