I believe this is a scammer -- 'Erica" is saying in a live call (not automated) that her Windows tech has found something downloaded into my computer that should not be there and wants me to call her direct line .

like the other person posted earlier, got also a voicemail informing me of imminent criminal actions against my SS#. The message was recorded, no a life person talking. I guess they can spam more people in this way;-)
It was a medical company trying to sell me health insurance.
This is a known scam call, saying a lot of legal words that don't make sense and are meant to scare the ave person (I am a legal adm).
Robo call regarding ss#. spam alert! They make you call this number or you will be summoned by the court magistrate, etc etc. Don't do it!

They leave a message stating that I contacted them about insurance, which I did not.
Some days I get 6-8 calls a day.
