Half a message from a recording talking about fraudulent activity and taking legal action. My favorite part was the "have a nice day" at the end.

Same spam/fraudulent call as described above. If you look on the social security administration's website they say they would never call you for something like this. You can report spam/fraudulent calls on their website, which I did.
