I received text message from Ottawa asking about my availability to photograph their daughter’s party. There were multiple typos and I also live in Ottawa, Canada. This number is from the US

I also keep getting calls from this number and I also do not have any student loans that need to be paid off who is the person and how does she get this number

When I asked the man to remove me from their call list, he replied "F&*K you, mother F*&$er". and hung up on me! How do I shut this guy down?
