Caller ID gives city name, no company or person, so I know it is a junk call.

I think this is a credit phishing scam.

Have received multiple calls this morning even as I have tried to relay that I am on a do not call list.

It is the only up side I can think of to conditioning folks not to answer unknown numbers.
