Like others, I received an unexpected package with this number on it. No one we know sent it. I don't quite get how this scam works, but troubling.
Subject matter of the call: lower interest rates on credit card
I receive at least one call a day from a telemarketer at approximately the same time 12:30-1:00 pm.
It's the Cortland County Sheriff's Department
They want to sell credit cards at low interest rates.
It was a male and all he said was 'hello' twice, and when asked what he's looking for, he hung up on me. RUDE! Calls on my phone constantly.
Suspect my phone number being entered by inmate telemarketing source.

I see on the Internet complaints have been made regarding this phone number, possible SPAM, and originating from Florida.
If this cannot be done, they should at least be required to pay a portion of my telephone bill, even if I do not answer.

The call has been harassing me for over a year. Comes right after an unknown call that I do not answer comes in. Scary that someone is monitoring my incoming calls. Century link says there is nothing they can do. I am registered with the do not call.
