Unknown numbers are sent straight to voicemail and they did not leave a message.
We always let calls from unknown numbers go to voice mail. When they do not leave messages, we assume it is a scam/spam call.
Threat call presumed to be scam as this is not how collections are done. Official notifications from law enforcement and government agencies will send mail (certified) and or serving agent. Scam suspicion
