I called this number back after they called twice. A robot said “this call will be recorded for quality insurance” 3 times and then it said “no agents are available at this time.” After that, it hung up on me :/

unknown name is caller id and they left no message - all typical of marketing/solicitors/etc. Might be a spoofed number too.

Do not give information to them they are trying to steal information

SCAM don't give them the time of day. They hang up on you.
