I received a voicemail with the message that's listed above. I decided to call back to see if anyone would answer. There's a recording saying "that # is not in service" & I think it said "error message CA00553".

This woman constantly leaves voice mail on my cell as well as landline. She only speaks Chinese and I have no idea what she is saying. Same woman on several different #'s. Just annoying! I keep blocking but she pops up on another #!

They just spammed my phone with 8 calls all at once. Phone blocked it.

They also did not identify who they were.

Caller ID did not give a company name nor did the recorded message.
