It is a slight pause when you pick up and then a recorded message upon which I hung up.

This is the 3rd call in 4 days.

Even telling them the prior 3 times I am on the do not call list, they called a fourth time

This man appears to be suspicious. I checked out this name and find that the phone is in a female's number, Lavonna Lofton. He claims his name is Joseph. He is on a dating site called First Met. Beware of this man.
