Number calls at ridiculous hours, never leaves a message. I have blocked it now but it was calling every 2 minutes. I dont owe anyone anything and my credit is perfect, triple nines. So they can bite me.

Calling 3 times daily, every day (4 days so far) starting around 8:30. Leaves no messages, so is NOT a legitimate call. Evidentally being on the Federal Do-Not-Call list is useless.
