I called back and it’s Acurian Health Studies. I completed a questionnaire yesterday for a medical study and they were calling back to schedule the appt. The person I spoke with was polite and professional.

Keeps leaving 4-digit “wildfire verification code” number without explanation or info advising purpose (live in area of recent Camp Fire disaster).
