I have Announced Caller option on my landline and this caller did announce their call. When I accessed this option the caller had left their name as Domestic & General.I do have policies with Domestic & General and I have in the past been contacted by them to see if they can insure any other items in my house even though I have not requested that they call me. I set the call to go to answer phone but needless to say they didn't leave a message. So if this was an important call I would have expected them to leave a message so I can only presume it was a marketing call.

they called me and asked for my address and postcode.I asked what it was for.and he said he can't continue till I give him address&postcode.I said OK and hung up.
