I am getting these texts as well. I've never recieved any spam texts on this phone. I was however, texting my girlfriend and saying some pretty bad things about the California court system yesterday. Including referencing Arizona and using the T word as in they will probably somehow try to get me for T threats for even joking about this. Seems a little coincidental.Tmobile here also, and at the tail end of the billing cycle.Back story:This was due to getting completely screwed in traffic court. To the tune of $1900.00 and a license suspension for being too late for my last court appearance to actually appear ( I rescheduled same day). What was the original offense? Tags were 3 weeks expired. :( My insurance has more than doubled as a result of the suspension, even though it was not for a moving violation. California, a great place to get out of.

Ok Folks I just switched from flax pay to a reg t mobile account. I read the messages here and called T Mobile and spoke to guest care, they state that it is an error in there system and If you continue to receive texts more than a day or so after account is switched they say to call back and speak to there technical department and they will handle It. This is not some form of government hacking folks they cant do that it is against there (T mobile FCC license) and intruding on personal information.

Yeah, you think that's bad? My neighbor knew I was a tech head, he was getting the same txt mesgs. Asked me what's about, so did some searching online while at his house... Within two days, he was in a wreck, now in icu for two weeks. Ax was a freak thing, no way after looking at scene that it was not deliberate. Now my phone has these txts. Since getting first one, wife is now sick.What gives?
