I have a mortgage with this company. It's paid early every month. Every week or so, this company sends me snail mail about refinancing. Every. Week. I had already refinanced with NationStar last year to get a lower rate with them and yet they still keep sending out marketing materials. Do they think people refinance that frequently? I don't know what the point is for their calls. I pay on time and I'm not interested in another refinance. Yet they keep wasting money sending me these letters, some of them in shipping envelopes. Don't understand this company but they are truly annoying. I refinanced a different mortgage out of them just so I wouldn't have to endure their marketing. Unfortunately, not able to do so with this one at the moment so have to put up with this crap every week from them. This time, they called and no one was on the other end. I've blocked other numbers from them, but they keep calling.
The CID said "NationStar, but I let it go to the answering machine to see if they would leave a message. They did, and it was a recording. Now that I have time, I'll block it and they can call all they want, although I wish they wouldn't. As mentioned in a prior notice on this website, NationStar (Mr. Cooper) is simply a debt collection agency, first and foremost. So far, they haven't done anything but bombard me with phone calls and tons of junk mail, most trying to get me to refinance. I'm trying to get out of this place, why would I want to refinance?
Nation Star, most annoying company I have ever had an account with. They claim to be focused on customer service, yet call and email you daily. I pay my mortgage on time every month. If i need something I will call you. I want to refinance my loan away from them just to avoid their excessive marketing attempts.
