Caller didn't say anything but I heard noises in the background.

Caller did not speak and I only heard very quiet noise in the background.

Called my cell phone...must be a scam...they can stick it where the sun doesn't shine...

just got a call from them. they waited a couple seconds before speaking. sounded indian. probably some outsourced call to some scam. asked for a person in my household by their first name and i said they werent here and asked if they wanted to leave a message. they said they'd call back later.

They called me twice asking for a guy named Mike. The first time when I told them they dialed the wrong number, he was trying to get me interested in some education garbage. I told him 'not interested' and hung up. Later that day, I got another call asking for Mike again. This time I just told them they got the wrong number and hung up. Very annoying to say the least.
