Hi, I have been receiving these calls as well and I am reporting them to the police. I dont know what is going on and how they are getting my phone number and personal information. and they said that 2 people have confirmed that they know me. they are complete LIARS!!! this is ridiculous and GOD is going to Judge them for this crazyness they need Jesus!!

I recived a call from this gut today you can understand anything that he is say you he told me that he was for Northern Associates law firm and when ask to talk with his supervisor the phone went dead. the new that they are call from are 818-451-4687/973-482-3684-102-855-1013. This guy had some of my personal infomation guess i need to call the police

I just got a phone call also. The number on my cell phone caller ID was 1-028-551-013. I answered the phone, but nobody was on the line. Next thing I know is I somehow got a voicemail from them. The guy had a STRONG indian-like accent and told me his name was James Nelson. He stated for me to call back to the number 818-338-2409 . I called that number and a guy by the name of Mike Anderson answered the phone. Mike Anderson claimed to be a lawyer and was going to prosecute me under the laws of the state of California regarding a loan I took out online at some website (Quik Cash Loan was the owner/affiliate of the website in question). He had my bank name, account number, employment information, family information, driver license number, SSN, date of birth... EVERYTHING. The funny thing is that I have NEVER taken out a loan.... not even ONLINE, much less. Also, if the guy is really a lawyer, why does it sound like he is in a call center halfway around the Earth in India with other people talking to someone on the other telephones at the same time. It does sound so much like a scam. I did ask the Mike Anderson guy for his lawyer registration number, to which he replied "Okay ma'am... let me place you on a hold of just a minute to get that information for you, okay?". About 45 seconds later, he came back to the line and told me his Bar Association Number is "AC832548".... at the same time he was reciting to me this "Bar Assn. Number" I heard another guy in the background telling the SAME NUMBER to someone else on a DIFFERENT PHONE CALL. I just hung up. This guy sounds like a scammer. I am going to search the Bar Assn Number he gave me and check into this company name he said as being "ACS".

i got the exact same phone call the last two days, he scared me to death and i was talking about quikcash, i had never heard of this, much less take out a loan from them.he also talked about prosecuting me and the first name i got was craig stevens, then mike anderson, i dont know how he got all my information. but i was terrified, im so glad i found this now im at ease.. omg how stupid are these people.

My sister recived a call from this same person yesterday!! He identified himself as Mike Anderson. He said he was a lawyer working for a collection agency in California (there is no way that was his name....he had such a strong accent you could tell he was from India). He threatened her with arrest and recovery of legal fees exceeding $4,000. She gave me the number he called her cell phone from (102-855-1013). I called the number and got a message saying the number was disconnected. I then called the 818-451-4682 number that he left with my sister. He said my sister had defaulted on a loan from A2BCash.com (even though we have proof the loan was paid off). I called the company and they said the loan indeed was paid in full and they did not know who this person is. We are in the process of finding out who we need to report this to. This guy needs to be stopped. Somehow he had access to how much money she borrowed, her e-mail address, her cell phone number and the last 4 digits of her SS number!

I just got a call from Eric Matthews threatening me with the law. He said i owed 589.00 and that he was the attorney handling this case.

My niece received a call from this number this evening matching most of the same scenario of the other people seeking info on this phone number. They had her place of work,, name of bank as well as last 4 digits of her SS number. Man was very belligerent even told her he didn't care if see were to F---in Die she still needed to pay this dept tonight. (no dept she owes) At this point they are continuing to call from other numbers 818-338-2410 813-422-5249. She is not answering, but the harassment needs to stop, just not sure how at this time. Local law enforcement doesn't want anything to do with it.

I just received this call from Eric Matthews saying I needed to pay 4850.oo he had a lot of personal information how did he get?when I ask he how much was I was suppose to have borrowed he answer was dose it matter he than told me I would go to jail over this he is rude and a lier please he has to be stopped some how I am going to the police and hope some thing can be done about this.

He called again last night and told me i had to be in court this morning in CA and if i didnt i would be picked with an arrest warrant, this man is very sick and they need to be stopped.
