I got two calls from this number leaving me a message from a Andre Young to call back due to "sensitive information", he left a callback number as (858) 777-1977, which this area code is from San Diego, CA. When my lawyer called a man by the name of Kevin Peterson answered and when my lawyer identified herself, he asked for a "case number" when my lawyer state there was none, he asked for my lawyer's client's name. When my lawyer gave it to him, this Mr. Peterson told my lawyer that I had to call him personally that he would not speak to my lawyer and hung up. TOTAL SCAM!

These people just don't give up. The more you ignore them the more they call. It's so freakin annoying!! I had a couple of 052 numbers calling me about a month back and when I contacted the companies that these people were saying they represented I did not even have loans out with them.

I'm so sick of these people too!!! They called me a few weeks ago and I managed to get a email address and fax # so I sent them letters. Now, they called me again yesterday - Ralph Murhpy - 858-777-1977 so when I call them I talk with KEvin Peterson. I told him how I've contacted numerous agencies about their scam company and he said he does not care. I asked for a fax # and of course he gave me a fax # that is not in service. I have called him 3 times to try and get a legite fax # but now he keeps getting mad and hanging up on me. Saying he doesn't have time for me. Well he called me for bogus $$$ he said I owed and now he doesnt have time for me. I will keep calling until I get a good fax #.

Holly Crap, I got a call from the same idiots. But, before I got worked up too much, I went on line after they called me 15 times in an hour and found this site.. So, when I finally did talk to "FRANK" The Fake attorney at 102 855 1013,, and he started asking me for personal info that "My attorney" should have contacted me about.. I insulted his sorry butt. Yep, sure did. Told him that they have already been reported to the FBI and that their sorry butts are not getting any money from me for their stupid war crap. He got very offended. Said he wanted to Kill Me. Then called me back left a freaked out message saying that he was putting a black magic spell on me and knew where I live. What ever. So, I called my cell company and had them blocked. End of problem.. Bunch of freaks..

I have received a call from this person also. Has anyone had monies taken from their accounts? Do I need to change my account information.

Got the call from these crooks today. I told him i was reporting them to the FTC and I hung up. He called back with the same trash. I had a similar call several months ago and reported them to the FTC. so I wasn't biting this time. Keep in mind they are crooks, but by all means take a look at your credit report. i don't put anything past them. He has used several numbers which when I tried to return the call, they don't exist. 102-855-1013, 941-961-8518 and 213-286-0205

I am so tired of these people. I wish I knew how they got my number. They also have the last 4 digits of my social, which makes me very nervous. Someone who didn't identify himself called incessantly today so I finally answered. He asked for my attorney's information. I stated that I don't have an attorney and he sounded appalled. He asked if I would like him to read me the "legal documents" from the lawsuit that has been brought against me. I asked him who he was representing and he said "one of your creditors". I asked which one and he SCREAMED "b***h, are you going to let me talk? i'll have you arrested!" so i laughed and hung up on him. This stuff is so annoying and stressful, because I do have outstanding debts with some companies. I never know who to trust.

I got a call from this man today saying I had a lawsuit against me. When he first called me I hung up because I could not understand him. He called back and said I needed to get an attorney. He said I owe an account with ACS. I don't even know who these people are. Is their being anything done against them?

called me at work... threatened to have me arrested if i didnt pay... she quoted my WHOLE social security number over the phone

I have received 3 messages from these jerks in 1 year. They keep telling me they are from the FBI and I can avoid prosecution because I took out a loan (fraud) over the internet. They have heavy foreign accents. I notified the police and everytime they call now I tell them I know this is a scam to get money from innocent people and I slam the phone down.
