I have been texting with this number. Woman said her name was Kate Smith and when I googled the SSN she gave me, it was for a Kate Smith that died in 1978. "Kate Smith" said she was in Nigeria and needed money to get back to the United States. Total scam. Using a yahoo account katesmith200956@yahoo.com. Beware.
I have received text from this number and she was going by that name alos and she said she wanted me to send her 500dollars and that she would come here and marry me but I did not send money as she scamed me about 1 or 2 years ago for 75000 and now I am in a bad sitatuation from this as I had to file bankrupty to get out of this mess from whoever this person is
This is a yahoo sms message from someone that has yahoo messenger. The same number is used for anyone. The only thing that will be different is the user name that comes up with the message. It could be from anyone in that phone's contact lists.
they texted me at school, i asked who they were cos i didnt recognize the area code or anything...they said thier name was terry, and i told them i didnt know any terrys so they said that i did now....i stopped responding
This number comes up on my cell phone when a guy I meet on Yahoo Personal texts me. He is trying to run a scam by saying he had to go to another country to work for a couple of weeks. He told me he was robbed right after he got off the phone and they took all his money. He also had a daughter that he took with him and during the robbery she was hurt and is now in the hospital. Now he needs help to pay the hospital so they will treat her. He says his name is Dave Reynolds. So ladies watch out.
