called several times lately with "indian type accent" always saying they are from govt, or from computer tech company...i just play along and then i let them have it! but they have been calling a bit lately on my cell phone, and i know it is a scam
I have just gotten billed over $111.00 for additional charges. Please remove these charges from my bill as they do not belong to me.
I just got my second call in two weeks from this number, +1 (1) 11111111. Last week I made the mistake of answering the first call and although I don't remember what the automated female voice said I recall it being something like "You have selected an incorrect option...BEEEEPPP!" I was very annoyed but didn't block the number. Today I chose not to answer the call and there was no voice message. I'm going to guess this is a Spoof App type call. I have now blocked the number on my phone and also through my carrier.
The call i got was a guy who sounded arab or indian who said he was with the financial dept of the us government, gave me the name of peter.Asked my age if i had ged or diploma, said hed need 2 get his supervisor, come back on & said supervisor was busy hed call back tomorrow. When i said i had 2 questions for him he immediately hung up

I received a text with this phone number stating that it was from the United States Postal Service and that I needed to open up an urgent notice from them.
called and then hung up, left him a kurt voicemail about wasting peoples time. scammers are prevalent, be careful and don't answer this call

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
