Scammer left voicemail about updating my Google Plus listing. I don't have a Google Plus listing and I am on the do not call list.
this number just called me and said they were some US federal government loan company or something or another and that I was selected for a non-taxable $9000 grant that I didn't have to pay back. sounds like a load of crap.
This number is obviously a spoofed number and not a real one. They rang only 3 times, then hung up when I answered. It is impossible to return a call to this number. I can't see why anyone would do this except out of pure perversity.
I got a cal from a number all ones and I believe it was someone trying to scam me
I got the same guy with the same reaction. I think they know good and damn well what they are doing. Think they are trying to hack into our phones. You can hack someone's phone too with programs like spectorpro.com. I am never answering for another number I don't know.
If you have complained about a government employee or service recently, irs, registry of motor vehicles, police, public transport, it will be the employees union Harrassing you.Nothing you can do I'm afraid.
I didn't receive a call from this number - i CALLED this number because it was on the business credit card statement i was reconciling. It rang about 7-8 times & a guy picked up & said "cher co 911 what is your emergency"? I almost fell out of my chair! I explained that i was reconciling the business credit card statement & this ph # was under the business name of E&K Sales, Inc. CA. He wanted to make SURE i was ok before he hung up. I'm ok - just totally embarrassed! :/
Got this message saying I was getting a grant of $8,000 something dollars from the government. Hopefully it's a scam, that money could have really come in handy.

I received a text with this phone number stating that it was from the United States Postal Service and that I needed to open up an urgent notice from them.
called and then hung up, left him a kurt voicemail about wasting peoples time. scammers are prevalent, be careful and don't answer this call

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
