cell phone message: the id number was short: 1-111-9879 No name id. Message said my account had been updated and included this number: 29157873. Asked for password. Neither of those numbers mean anything to me. I just deleted it.
OMG! We got a new trailer, so we were right in the middleof changing trailers, moving and all, when the phone ringsand rings, I check caller ID and see this number,it freaked me out! I picked up the phone and didnt hear anythingso I slammed it back down and went on with moving. weird!whats this? a stalker?we were in the process of having our phone lines changedand number changed at the time.hasnt happened since.
I have been receiving calls from this number. It's Portfolio Recovery, a collection agency masking their calls. This is the bottom feeder of the worst type of collection agencies. Please file complaints against them with the Consumer Protection Agency
received call from number 1-111-111-1111 at 7:46 PM on 5/25/2008. didn't answer phone call but curious to know identity.
I just tried to block them from my landline. AT&T won't accept the number in their call blocker! Why the hell not??? Keeps saying I'm inputting the wrong number ... ridiculous!
