Husband got a call saying this was his grandson. (we have no grandsons) claimed he was all busted up from a car accident and hurt a pregnant woman who is suing. Husband immediately said we have no money, the guys said to take down this docket number and that an attorney would be calling us. We are on the phone to our bank to warn about this.

Caller called my grandparents claiming to be me, claiming I was in prison. My brother grabbed the phone to which they responded with, "Oh [***] it's [brother's name]." Hanging up immediately.

Friendly caller, slight Hispanic accent said "Hey, it's me. You don't recognize my voice? You know me". When I replied in an unfriendly tone " No, I don't know who you are, what do you want" he hung up.

Caller says, Hi Grandma. I reply: Who is this? Caller replies, You can't tell? I reply: Are you going to tell me who you are or not? This followed by silence. I say: I guess not -- and hang up. No return call. This is clearly the Oh-grandma- I need you- to -wire- your-life-savings-to-me-now scam.

Answered phone. Who is this--Guy answers--"Grandma?" I hung up

Caller said "Charles, do you know who this is?" I said no. He said "take a guess". I waited to see what happened next and he hung up.
