Man with low socioeconomic accent phoned - hello granma. I asked who was speaking - "it's me your grandson"!

Caller said he was nephew (Michael) said his nose was broken from an accident. Slight Accent. Hung up when asked to tell something only he and I would know.

Said he was my grandson, was in DUI accident with his friend Chris last night for a wedding in Miami, and he is at the courthouse now, looking for bail money from me.Scam.

Called early in the AM. Hello Grandpa I'm sick. Did not listen I hung up.

Caller didn't know his name, evidently. My grandson knows his name. These people are vile.

This person called my Mom, even called her by her first name and introduced himself as her cousin Joey. Let's just say she does not have a cousin named Joey and called him on it, he hung up on her. She was very concerned because he acted so excited to speak with her, and she was afraid she had offended him. Hate that people do this to our parents.

Caller ID showed Invalid Number. Caller hung up when answering machine came on; left no message. Definitely a scam!

Received phone call from this number and when answered male caller said hello grandma. I said, hi and played along ( but I have no grandchildren). I said who is this and he said some name I didn't recognize and hung up immediately.

Caller said he was my best looking grandson

Caller said he was my grandson (but said he had a cold and "can you hear me?") I said I don't have a grandson, gave no info, but immediately called my bank to put an alert on my account.
