I received a text from 1(410)100-001, ydiosum@yahoo.com with a website link www.BBZrNK.cf/#foray

Received texts for the last three days from 1(401) 100-001, then 1(401) 100-002, and today 1(401) 100-003 so clearly it wouldn't help to block any of these short codes, they'd just come up as a new number the next day. Each text is either sent from "instagram" or "twitter" or some yahoo address, all of which I don't even have accounts for. You can forward the message to 7726 but they'd just tell you it's a short code and to reply with "STOP" which does not work. Anyone get any answers of what to do?

I just got two at the same time - one from the -0001 and one from the -0002, both regarding loans. Just tried the "stop" on one and will try to block the numbers. I'm also on the do not call registry, and will wait to see if anyone has a suggestion on whether or how to report it.

To all that are concerned:It's a way to email people directly from any emailing system. For example: if your number is (123)456-7891 and your carrier is AT&T, they can email your number by making it "1234567891@txt.att.net" this goes the same for all phone company carriers; In Laymen's terms: it's spam to your phone.

this number on more than one occasion is texting my cell phone. i never click on the link; however, i used the advice to reply the word "stop" and i did not get an unsubscribed reply. I wish it would stop.
