I've received these messages for at least a month now from the same numbers with the same jibberish and weird links so there's no way it's related to the Anthem hack.
Got text from this number. It had my name and mailing address. A little weird since others have reported receiving gibberish. Not going to click the link.
So any suggestions on what to do if I accidentally clicked on the link? I was trying to block the number and hit the link and it took me to some random page but I'm concerned for my phone now and want to make sure it's fine. (Like there isn't a virus or a hacker on the other side of my phone..) any way to know or test?
I don't have Anthem and I got it. It wasn't a bad idea though. It would be nice to know why these are happening. Oh, well.
Not first time with this number. Doesn't give a full number gives a link to open. I never opened, heard it had viruses
I received an alarming text from this number. It is about jury duty and it claims I am no longer needed on that date. This is horrifying. How do they even know the date I am scheduled for jury duty? What about the people who don't show up to court?! I am disgusted and horrified.
Got a text saying my credit card got flagged, when I called back it said to enter my card number. Definitely spam!!

Received a text from this number today about their colon kit. As always with these types of texts, I block the number without responding and report it ass spam.
