Called my home 7 Jul. 2016. I did not pick up the phone, and no messge was left. I checked whitepages.com, and they say it is not a valid number. Apparently, there is no area code with 198.
That is correct. Call came in while I was out, two daze ago. No message on AM. Probably sub-continent scammers "from Microsoft" telling unsuspecting victims their computer verification numbers have expired, or some such rot. Just keep telling them, "All I can see is a blank screen." They will eventually begin cursing before they ring off. What fun, eh?
Call woke me up, early AM. She said, "This is Cyber Security." I just cursed, and rang off. (I didn't feel like playing.)
Received a call from this number. With an area code of 198, you know it has to be a scam. I never answer calls from numbers, I don't know. Thanks to all the posters here who take the time to about these scam calls.
Got a call from this number - not yet even 7:30am! Answered and immediately hung up. Jerks.
Called with Indian Accent; 7:10AM; said "Cyber"; I hung up immediately. They obviously scramble the number so it comes up as a fake number; I blocked it. Its a scam!
They asked if I was the computer operator. (I knew where this was going). Told me my computer sent them a warning message. I told them do not call me ever again. The number is obviously scrambeled. PS.. you need a call type of "SCAM"

called and then hung up, left him a kurt voicemail about wasting peoples time. scammers are prevalent, be careful and don't answer this call

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
