Called me, rang only a few times and disconnected. No voice mail. Nothing good comes out of NJ so will not be calling back.
Got a 1-ring call from that number 4/14/2014. Could be an attempt to hack into an IT system at random.
This number called my cell tonight. It rang several times but I didn't answer. They didn't leave a voicemail. Not long before that call I received another call from a number I didn't recognize in Odessa, Tx (432)924-3000. I didn't answer it either, and there was no voicemail left. Sounds like both are scams. I wouldn't call the number back if I were you. I don't know why people always feel the need to do that. That's what they want you to do.

Saying postal redelivery unit when called. What?
I didn't accept the call and they did not leave any voice message
I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
