Called this afternoon. Asked for us by name. I politely asked to be removed from their call list and the jerk hung up on me!!

Received a phone call trying to sell an extended warranty on my Ford Escape.He asked about mileage and went on about how there were computers that cost $6000 each that can fail and ruin my day.I asked if they were affiliated with Ford and was told that they sell policies for Ford.What a crock.

They asked for my husband. When I said, "I'm sorry he's not home, can I take a message." The guy said, "Oh no, I'll call back later."Go for it dude, he's deployed. He's not coming to the phone any time soon.

Received call asking to speak to me. Identified herself as the Warranty Registration Department. She spoke over me as I asked from which company. Told her to take me off their calling list and hung up. She called back and said that there was no calling list and hung up on me. That number is now blocked. Just waiting for the next call from another spoofed number.

My caller ID said Hackensack, NJ. This is actually the area of my in-laws so I begrudgingly answered the phone. When a man with non-Jersey name asked for a misprounced version of my name, I bluntly told him he was a scammer. He hung up.

Called and left no msg. This is call #1 for the week. Had 7 total calls last week. All different. Why is there even a DO NOT CALL LIST. IT IS A SHAM IN ITSELF !

Phone Fraud: The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO. They will try and gather enough information to create an account. Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to acquire information. This not only hurts people, but it hurts the establishment that the number belongs to. [Repeatedly calling the same number is harassment….and stalking.] ....(201) 845-6009 - Did this number call you? The caller was identified as an Unknown, Hackensack, New Jersey….The caller was identified as a Lisa….Claimed she was from Direct Auto Insurance. When I told her to remove our name from their list, she said, "You don't want to keep your coverage?" We don't have coverage with Direct!Caller [woman] asked for my husband by name when I said he wasn't available she hung up on me. Apparently this phone number is listed to a car dealership in NJ, we live in another state. I don't have any business dealings with them. I goggled it and found that it’s the fax number for Chrysler of Paramus, 234 E. State Rt. 4, Paramus, New Jersey phone (201) 845-0700 fax 201 845-6009 [I do not own a Chrysler, and I don't live in NJ.]Caller: Chrysler of ParamusCall Type: TelemarketerNote: Insight Services is affiliated with Delta Outsource Group.Seems that this guy is now starting to call a bunch of people with leasing contracts and he has good information about those contracts. He knows names and partial lease terms. He tries to intimidate the called person with a lease contract issue and wants the credit card number to get a necessary down payment of 2000$. I called Chrysler in Paramus to let them know and they told me that they have an investigation running because their FAX number is misused by these crooks.

No message was left. Called at 9:30 am today (4-15). First bogus call today so far. More to come.

Just before this call came in, I received one from 305-368-8900. I didn't answer either one and no messages were left. The 305 number is a Miami cell. Suspicious connection between these 2 numbers.
