3 calls to cell phone on 1/5/15 - no messages left. Will be using Google Voice now to block these kinds of calls.

asked about my truck and started to talk about warranty., told them I no longer owned the truck, asked what I was driving, I told them I did not drive, they hung up on me.

A spoofed number doesn't have to be generated from outside the USA! Scammers just Trying to get $$$$. Well you can't squeeze blood out of a turnip. Nope didn't fall off that turnip truck either!

Thanks for the info everyone. I didn't recognize the number so didn't answer. Blocking them now.

just tell them you do not drive and own no vehicle., this really ticks them off.

I'm on the no caller list and received a call from them.

I have started hanging up FIRST, the second they say the word warranty or ask about my vehicle, I just hang up first, that's what they are going to do to you the minute you say no.

Got a call from this number (along with several other numbers) today. No message. Display indicates Rochelle Park NJ. Never heard of this place nor do I know anyone in NJ.

Received a call this morning. Caller Id just showed the number and Hackensack, NJ. When I answered, they asked for my wife and when I told them she wasn't home they said they'd call back later and did not leave a message. No idea what they wanted.

They called me and claimed they were with Chrysler, well actually said - "You are aware Fiat bought Chrysler.". While listening, I googled the number- saw this- knew it was a scam. He said all he needed was my mileage to price a warranty- so I made up 30,000. He said "Great", let me get this over to a warranty writer, or similar. When he came on (with a stronger NY/NJ or nearby accent), with $569 now and $189 for 24 months to add 70k or 4 years I again asked what company this was, and told him that is not what came up when I googled the number. He got angry. Said "well then why are you talking to me?". Rather than remind him that they called me, I said- "Good question!" and hung up.
