They Call as fund raising for Channel 13 membership I told them I'll consider it by my birthday.I didn't look them up until after the phone call, They reached me on a familyline and not my filed public number 411 would have guided them. So I don't want others to be scammed, if they are REAL they will read the fine. Caps or Zipped bags. I marked to call as a probe to find me, but less than legimate means. Get a clue, SCAM ALERT !!!!!

If you have a land line old type phone, you can use *60 to block numbers. It's cumbersome but you can read how to do it if you go to att.com and search for call blocking. Verizon and most wireless (cell) services allow you to block a small quantity of phone numbers. With VOIP services or Google Phone, you can block more.This is really the only thing you can do-- block the assh*les. There is no point in talking to them-- they are criminals. Nor can you get law enforcement to do much-- they're too busy with larger crimes. And never EVER give these scumbags ANY information. Not your name, not your address and certainly not any identifying information, no matter what they tell you. It's best not to talk to them. While insulting them is satisfying, it invites retribution such as their making sure you get MORE calls. Blocking is the only thing you can do until our stupid utility companies give this issue some priority or the legislators force them too. Lots of luck with that!

Why do you all go thru this. Of course she will be polite and very helpful, Because your giving your phone # so she can send out mass emails to other companies that this is a good # just block them don't give them any information.

This number keeps calling. I've never answered so don't know who it might be.

Just answer and say this is the county morgue and ask them if they have a body needing picked up. they will never call you back.

Same here called left a mumble muble message on my recorder.
