This number has called my home at least 4 times in the last week. Since it isn't known, we don't answer. Twice they left a voice mail message of nothing but people talking in the background, and paper shuffling. This was getting annoying, getting unsolicited calls and having to deleting stupid voice mails. So I called the number back, and it appears that Lester thinks they are calling another business at my home. Left them a voice message indicating to stop the calls. Will see what happens.
I used to work there, That sucks for the Operator?receptionist. There is only one and she is a lovely woman. Grow up and give them your phone number (It is needed to remove from server) Instead of harassing a lovely older lady!
A man just phoned to verify a manager's information so that she could continue to receive her free subscription. I put him on hold to check the number on Caller ID, and he hung up.
Sorry for the typo, I meant Operator/Receptionist. If you call, Ask for Joan Marcus, Senior VP or Dee Galligan VP. They have a vested interest in removing dead end leads. They WILL REMOVE your number, But you have to GIVE them the number as it is the only way to remove it. Don't just say "You already have it" and then hang up, Then act surprised that the calls are still coming. Their server needs the number to purge from the system. Believe me, They don't want to call those who do not want to be contacted. It wastes time for both of you and their productivity drops dramatically when they call someone who doesn't want the call. By the way, If you don't want to be called anymore, Just answer the phone when they call and ask for the Supervisor. Or call them and ask for one of the above named women. You aren't annoying anyone when you call the number that called you. No one actually answers, You are calling an automated dialer system. It won't answer and they don't have to pay just because you dialed. That is a joke to them. Why waste your own time?
Just got my first call from this number. Caller ID says "Connecticut." Didn't answer and obviously no message was left. In response to those who have answered and no one was there or it sounded like they were hung up on, probably an automatic dialer is being used which will dial multiple phone numbers at the same time. If someone answers or an answering machine is engaged, all the other numbers dialed at the same time are terminated. So if you do answer the phone and hear a hang-up that is probably what happened.
Yeah, UM NO. She doesn't have that capability or the motivation to do so. Not everyone is vindictive and childish.
You guys are all true guruaid really sucks they are mean machine deceiving all the customers with unnecessary steps they perform they decieve people by advertisementsts stating they also support Microsoft etc but do noting,to get money they would go up to any mean extent but when it comes to troubleshooting they have fix steps then nothing else, this not a fault of people working there but actually the bullying owner Rajiv.B.Sawant and Nikhil Kothari who keep the employees job at risk if they don't try to get money out of customers pocket.Actually the above two guys should be sued and the concern should be raised to BBB forum and Microsoft.
They called and didn't leave a message. But we called the number back and got a recording saying that they are a marketing firm and if their phone number showed up on our caller I.D., then they were calling us on behalf of one of their clients. Probably a charity fundraiser or something.
