This number has called me twice in one morning. No message left and I am not going to answer. If it was important they would leave a message. It says it is from Winnipeg, Alberta and I don't know anyone from there.
It's likely not that address - they have found a way to 'collect' and spoof numbers - I had a woman call me and ask why i called her - i never have.
Called and said my SIN # was suspended due to suppisous activities. Told me it was service Canada I asked how do I know it's real and he told me its service Canada it's very important I asked his name he told me he wasn't here to prove himself to me. Asked for my address I asked to be passed to another rep that would give me a name and he hung up on me. Be careful people.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.

Evidently gets next if kin names from obituaries and calls them all, over and over. Will not say what they are calling about until you give birthdate and ssn of the deceased.
