Called my number. I don't answer if number isn't recognized. No VM left. I hope this company gets caught and fined $82 million. Not so profitable when the scam comes home to roost.
These people continually call me about reducing my credit card debt. They do not give you an option to opt out of the calls, so you are forced to try and get them on the phone. I asked them before to take me off the call list. Once you do that, it just keeps calling you and you won't get a person on the phone. There has to be something that can be done about this. There is absolutely no privacy for anyone any longer.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.

Evidently gets next if kin names from obituaries and calls them all, over and over. Will not say what they are calling about until you give birthdate and ssn of the deceased.
