I just received this call on my cell phone. I am on the do not call list for both my cell phone and home phone. No one left a message but I figured I should let someone know.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.
