I got a call from this number on my land line, in english. It's a scam, he says he calling from Advocate for Consumer Affairs regarding a legal matter regarding my morgage and he can help reduce my payments.
I just received a call from the same #...I didn't answer it....I wondered who it was and looked it up because I know no one with that #. Strange that a lot of people have been getting calls from the same #
Just received a call from this number...I usually don't answer any call I don't recognize...spanish speaking in the background. Immediately hung up.
I have received several ofthese tyope calls lately since the opeing up of the cell phone rules. They are normally non English speaking messages left on my voice mail. I do not answer the calls and only listen to the voice mail to check the langusge, etc. Too bad there is no blocking on my cell phone.

I didn't recognize the number so I obviously was checking to see who it was
The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
