Same thing, Indian accent, called me twice and left messages both times that I need to call back or have my lawyer call about tax fraud.
Robocall saying there was fraud on my income taxes and I needed to return the call right away.
auto call said from IRS that I had to call back by Tuesday if I did not there would be a bench warrant for my arrest, called back no answer voice message was full.

Suspicious because name came up instead of number. Name read Fraud/Possible Fraud. Once blocked it showed number.
