I recieved a phone call from this number. Telling me to call back or have my lawyer call them back immediately or else. Is this a prank?

No it is a scam. I have contacted the BBB, FTC and Attorney General's office. I would do the same if I were you as this company had alot of my personal info, like SSN, Bank account number, etc. They tried telling me I was going to be charged with money laundering, becuase they said I took a payday loan from someplace called US Cash....never heard of them. He said I would have to pay 8484.87 for my "wrong doings" and that he "might" be able to reverse that if I pay his so-called client 923.00 today. I told him to f-off and that he was a scammer and I was turning him in for fraud.

This same number called me told me that I too owe this US cash, which I believed because they have all my info, but when they told me that I had to go to court in my state in my town. Received call today from this number and Stephen Mcdonald told me I am bein prosecuted Monday. When I asked what for I was told for a payday loan. He said they will come and arrest me at work. Scared me a bit until I smartened up. He went to talk to his "lawyers" to see if I could pay tomorrow.
