Keep getting nuisance calls from this number and I believe it has to do with medical health care insurance. STOP CALLING!

Just a word of warning about whistle and such, this happened to a friend of mine and caused her GREAT damage and sever pain in her ear. She ended up suing the person that this this to her and won a settlement because it was considered assault. Just FYI
I see messages about a whistle, horn, whatever... and ya know, that really doesn't work. Phones have something built-in that suppresses sounds so that if you scream at the top of your lungs, its not going to be that loud on the other end. Its impossible to damage someone's hearing over a phone.
They just called on my cell phone. But I use an app called "Extreme call blocker". They are not in my contact list, so my cell phone answers the call & hangs up on them. I started using this app because of all the telemarketing calls on my cell phone. I love the this app...
I have my phone registered on the no call list, yet this number keeps calling me about health/medical insurance, and I have pressed the prompt that is supposed to remove my name and number from the data base, but never seems to happen.
A whistle cannot legally be considered an assault. Love you call center type mentalities. Always looking for a free ride..........

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.
