I have had my number for 3 months, I called the SOB and told him to stop calling, he wanted my name, I told him that I was not going to give him my name, but I would sue him if he didn't stop calling. Next time they call I will record the call and then we will see who will stop calling.My number is not even listed, have no name attached to it since it is a prepaid phone, but annoying with having an A-hole calling and leaving messages.

Being a douche isn't gonna make them stop. Instead of threatening to sue them, why don't you just talk them and clear things up? They're a debt collector. Either you own them money or someone who had your number did.

They called me, and I missed it, but when I called back, they were inviting me to a job interview with Action Collections in Boise, ID. So, they might not only be trying to collect from you. It would be good to clear things up with them.
