Someone mentioned IC Systems is tied to this number. IC Systems calls me in regards to an old Target account I am paying off. I guess this could be one of their other numbers. They also use 651-204-1366 which is out of Mpls/St. Paul, MN

I have answered calls from IC System before and have asked them why they do not leave messages. The reply was that they can call and call, but it is illegal for them to leave messages. I am currently paying off a bill through them and have given them permission to leave messages, but they still don't.

A WOMAN WITH A HEAVY ACCENT CALL WITH THE NAME OF A DECEASED PERSON WHO DID LIVE IN MY TOWN. WHEN I ADVISED HER OF THIS SHE THEN WANT TO KNOW IF I HAD A # TO REACH THE DECEASED PERSON. ARE THEY STUPID OR WHAT? THIS NEED TO STOP OR ARE THEY LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO FRAUD.

I get a woman's voice that says, "Hold the line please" and nothing happens. I eventually hang up. They call at least once every day.

First time to get a call from this # & I didn't answer. Answer reading the others post I hope they don't continue to call me!

Same problem here - get this calls constantly. Can't return the call. Want to block the number.

Have received two missed calls now from this number, no message left. One on May 25 at 3:23 pm EST and one May 26 at 4:16 pm EST.

I get calls 2x a day from this number. When I've answered, it's someone with a heavy accent asking for someone who is not me. When I asked to have my number removed from their list, as I am not/nor do I know the person they are looking for, the guy always keeps asking for that person and their contact info. I have asked REPEATEDLY to be removed from their list and they keep saying they will. Liars. This is harassment.

They have called for weeks now. When I answer, an automated voice says, "Please hold the line, you have a call waiting". Then nothing. Getting unbearable.

that number keep calling my cell every day , its getting on my damn nerves . i got another one keep calling my cell al day also with a 804 -591 0462 number i think they are creditors , my cell number is not under my own name , some how these people getting my number , i changed my number , changed my carrier , and they still was able to get my number . I need to block these people .
