Same scammers - - just a new number..... Solar panels.

I sympathize with your situation, Jim. I have received the same call from the same number for a number of years. May I offer that what is happening to all the persons reporting this illegal contact: these constant calls are more than "obnoxious." They are harassing." In fact, there is a misdemeanor on the legal books against what is referred to as, "telephone harassment." Over the years, I did not realize that there were other people (than me) receiving these calls from the same telephone number. I agree with what other people have written here. I just received yet another call minutes ago and finally pressed the "talk" key on my telephone. And yes, in my phone window was, "ACCD 210-485-0004." There was someone (or apparatus) on the line, however, I did not say a word. After half a minute, someone, or something hung up. I have begun recording every day on which I receive this unwelcome, and I believe, illegal telephone call.

This number belongs to the company providing solar energy and it is used in order to reach potential customers, introduce new products and sell additional offers. If your phone number is on the National Do Not Call Registry, you should not get such calls unless you have specifically agreed to accept them.
