People like you are why no one wants to deal with scam surveys, poll surveys or any other RANDOM caller. People understand the RANDOM calling process. However, if it is truly RANDOM they would not be able to reverse look up and get an address to send unwanted mail to. I was polite the first 8 times they called. Have told them politely we are not interested in doing the survey. Yet they still call. Also, if it truly is RANDOM, how are they asking by name for the household?Go throw your rant at some one who can make a change.

I am getting daily phone calls as late as 8:30 pm from Sarborough Research. I am on a do not call list and wonder why they will not leave me alone.What do I have to do to stop this?

Scarborough started a very aggressive campaign with us as well. We filed a complaint online with the Better Business Bureau and the phone calls stopped after a month and we haven't been bothered with them since. True: Employees cannot remove names from the data base, believe me, considering some of the abuse they get I'll bet they wish they could. Scarborough needs to change their system as they seem to have their employees trapped in a potentially abusive situation and having to deal with a frustrated, suspicious and financially strapped public doesn't help.So, just get online to the BBB, type in Scarborough Research and fill in the blanks. They will deal with them.

I would like to know why Scarborough Research would call my home on a WEEKDAY after 9:00pm and wake up my entire household TWO NIGHTS IN A ROW and expect me to take a survey. Besides myself, I have a husband and kids that have to wake up very early in the morning. Can one of the employees explain this to me???

Heck yeah!!! i randomly took the survey cuz i was bored and they sent $5 cash...kinda weird but cool with me

they called me once...i took 15 mins to do the survey and i got $5 in the mail a few days later..im not saying its legit...but $5 helps when the economy is all messed..most of the people commenting could have made a few bucks for the time it took them to [***]....i filled out the forms they sent with the $5 bill..so i guess we will see what happens

Actually lets cover a point of Law that is actually true.You do not buy phone service... you Pay for the use of it... essentially you are renting the service...if you bought it then it would be a one time charge and never another one. The TelCom companies are who owns the lines, and they allow us the rights to use them.Also lets cover another point of law. The Do Not Call list. look it up... it SPECIFICALLY states that market research is NOT covered by the do not call list.Also 800 numbers no longer cost per call, they are just another phone line now, so call it 1 time or call it 25,000 times and it doesn't cost them another dime.To all you other people complaining and calling Scarborough Research a scam...please continue, you all just sound like terrorist supporters to me... trying to destroy america...but please coninue, your whining makes me laugh
