Look I See the point that all of you are making, You dont like to be bothered with phone calls about surveys, however look at it this way if you complete the survey that gets you off the list when asked about your email addresses DONT GIVE IT OUT. yes we are required to probe the respondant on the phone for an email, but if you REFUSE TO GIVE IT, You wont have to worry about us calling u back except to see if you received the small cash amount as well as the second part of the survey. We are merely doing our job, we have no control over the numbers that we dial, We sit in front of a computer that dials the numbers for us, we can not skip any numbers. Fine you have a job to do but understand at times the folks that still have phones in their homes are elderly people that have a phone in case of emergency and when they answer the phone not knowing the annoying reason on the other side. They think that a family member is calling them. From what I am reading the information Scarbrough is getting so they are getting invalid surveys so what good is this going to do for the research so maybe your research should be done in a more valid way. Asking these people for their Address is also I am against to send them a 25 page survey . Hope your Grandparents get annoying calls see how it feels to have them frustrated. Your company has no respect for the feeling of when somebody says "NO" and so you continue calling and that is what is irritating everyone.
